Jerzy Gas- President of the Board

A graduate of the Cracow University of Economics in the major of International Economic Relations. Post graduate studies  “Management in Market Economy” at Cracow Business School of the Cracow University of Economics. Apprenticeship abroad i.a. at AFOREST EMOM in Metz (France) – “Market economics and industrial enterprise management”.

A member of the Mining Mechanization Section of the Polish Academy of Science for six terms.

Completed Deloitte & Touche Academy of Management and a number of domestic and foreign courses concerning trade, finance and management of organizations and restructuring of companies.

He started his professional career at Bank PeKao S.A. in Cracow, then: President of the Board-  FAH Georyt S.A. in Cracow, Finance and Purchase Director – Fabryka Taśm Transporterowych  STOMIL Wolbrom S.A.  (Conveyor Belts Factory STOMIL Wolbrom S.A.), President of the Board- SAG Sp. z o.o. in Katowice since 2008.

Since 2009, Counselor of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Kraków, previously Vice-Chairman of the Audit Committee (2005-2009).

The winner of the ”Krakowski Dukat”  Award of the Cracow Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the category of Company Manager and of the Gold, Platinum and Crystal Laurel of Skill and Competence of the Regional Economy Chamber in Katowice.

Honored with the Honoris Gratia and Silver Honorary Badge for Merits for the Silesian Voivodeship by the President of Cracow.

Honored with the Gold Cross of Merit for contribution to the national economy by the President of Poland in 2021.

In 2022, appointed to the Association of the Council of Alumni of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow.

From 2023, member of the Council of Patrons of the Silesian Theater. S. Wyspiański in Katowice.

Jarosław Mucha- Vice President of the Board/ Director of Trade and Development

For 14 years associated with SAG Sp. z o. o.

Director of Trade and Development from 2021, appointed to the Management Board of SAG Sp. z o.o. to the position of Vice-President of the Management Board in June 2024.

A graduate of the Private Higher School of Environmental Protection in Radom with a specialty „Protection of the Work Environment”. Completed postgraduate Management Studies based on the MBA structure at the Warsaw School of Economics, as well as postgraduate Controlling at the University of Economics, Katowice.

Completed courses supported by certificates, incl. Production Controlling, Labor Law for Employee Leadership, New Generation Leader – Leadership and Communication, Team Building.

In SAG Sp. z o.o., Mr Mucha deals with, among others, the development of new sales markets, management of the trade and marketing department and production department. The experience gained and great knowledge of the industry allow to pierce this for the successive increase in sales of products and services on the domestic and foreign market.
