The unique SAG rubber coating guarantees extremely effective protection of steel ropes against corrosion and any mechanical damage of the rubber coating can be repaired in mine conditions without the need for disassembly.

Our flat rubber and steel balance ropes are available in several variants, designed for different regions and different working environments:
flame retardant: air temperature from – 25°C to + 60°C,
frost-resistant: air temperature from – 45°C to + 60°C.
UNIQUE STRENGTH

Imagine flat rubber and steel balance ropes, made with incredible precision. They contain extraordinary properties – they are what make our ropes so long-lasting.
SAG ropes are constructed from an even number of anti-winding round-wound steel ropes with a steel core with a linear contact of wires in strands alternately right and left-wound vulcanized along the entire length in a rubber coating.
Depending on the required unit weight and the minimum breaking force of the rope in its entirety, in the SAG line, steel ropes are vulcanized in the amount of 2,4,6 or 8 pieces with diameters from 4,2 mm to 27 mm with strength classes 1370, 1570, 1670, 1770 N/mm2.

Before handing over the finished product, each rope manufactured by us is subjected to a precise magnetic examination with the LRM Diagnostic System. Thanks to this, our customers have a 100% guarantee that the ropes we produce are always of the highest quality. The rubber coating created and patented by us guarantees the highest level of protection of – steel ropes against corrosion and other harmful external factors.

Professional SAG service
Thanks to our unique rubber coating, SAG flat rubber and steel balance ropes enjoy great durability and equally high satisfaction of our customers.
In order for it to remain so, all mechanical damage to the rubber coating should be repaired as soon as possible. Our company provides a number of maintenance and repair services, thanks to which we can repair almost any type of damage on site – without the need to dismantle the rope and increase the cost and repair time.
